We charge a little bit more than most companies in our area. This allows us to book a reasonable number of jobs in a day so we can show up on time and are not rushed. We are also able to hire and keep the best workers in the Madison, WI area since we pay a little more.
Our prices are 30-45 cents per square foot measured wall to wall. 30 cents per square foot will get you the most thorough cleaning possible. We just ask that you vacuum before we get there and move any furniture you can out of the way. The remaining furniture will be carefully cleaned around.
40 cents per square foot will get you the same great cleaning, but before we start we will vacuum with a certified hepa vacuum. Additionally we will move and clean under all furniture (within reason-no pianos will be moved for example.) Your furniture will be returned to it's original position (as best we can remember) and placed on tabs so they don't stain the carpet as it dries.
If you have heavily soiled carpets, lots of stains, odor, or pet problems add another 5 cents per foot to either package.
You can expect to pay $25 for a set of stairs, and $40-$100 for a piece of upholstery. Rugs are cleaned where they lie, and cost $20-$60 for a normal rug made of synthetic fibers. Wool rugs and other natural fibers require more care. We will only clean them if they pass our colorfast test. You can expect to pay $80-$240 to have a wool rug cleaned.
We also apply carpet protector if you would like. Scotchgard costs an additional 15 cents per foot, and DuPont Teflon costs 20 cents per square foot.
